Motorola V600

Hey all, I have another question for this group of cell phone gurus. Which service is better: t-mobile or at&t? I've heard good and bad things about both. I live in the Chicago suburbs but will be moving to the city in the coming years. So preferably I'd like to hear from someone in this area but I'd gladly take the advice of anyone that can explain which one is better and for what reasons. Also, what about sprint? What service do they run on? Actually, could someone just list the service providers and what they run on and which the v600 should work on?
