guess what i found out when i called attt
i contacted att and they are will to trade my v600 for a newer one i think they know that the phones are ****ed i told them that my phone has shut off like 3 time now and one time when i was receiving a call the ring tone sounded and !!!! the blue tooth dose no work so i have no idea whats going on here this is crazy.

well, not exactly true about ATT.
I think they are obligated by contract to replace a defective phone if you report it within 1 month.
they cant sell defective products and not agree to replace them. after 1 month i think your case may not hold ground and it would be up to ATT to replace your phone or not.
