Regarding your concern, a return email will be sent to the email address provided in your registration, indicating whether you qualify to receive the headset within the next few days.
The headset will be shipped to the address provided on the registration form. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of the confirming email for delivery of headset.
If you need further assistance on this issue, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-331-6456. Our hours of operation are from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. CST.
