Plemix/unlocked v600 buyers
Does plemix warranty their phones? I know AT&T will replace the phones if it is damaged. ex: the cracking problem, and other faulty hardware.

Once you buy the phones from them, you will have to deal with Motorola directly.
I just sent my V600 that I bought from Plemix into Motorola to fix the cracked outer black lense.

michko, where did u send ur phone to? just in case i have the same problem. Its been about 5 days and i already see the little scratches/cracks on the case. plus my battery cover doesn't close well. anyone with the same battery cover problem?

I called Motorola and spoke with customer service. They told me to send it to the US National Service Center in Fort Worth, TX.
I am so disgusted that it first cracked close to the camera opening and then a piece of it chipped off? Piece a crap....

I just got my phone back from Motorola's Service Center and I'm VERY UNHAPPY! (& maybe mad ...) 👿
I sent it in to get the crack on the black outer plastic fixed (which they did, and they replaced the back where the front hits the back so it wouldn't hit the plastic again) ... and they ALSO changed (without my permission) my perfectly good, sharp, and bright screen for a dimmer, color-off, fuzzier (older?) screen 👿 😡 😳 👿

Oh man, I just sent my phone in as well because it kept freezing up. I'll keep an eye on that stuff. Worse case scenario, I'll just report it lost once it comes back and file an insurance claim to get a new AT&T version. Then I'll sell that one on eBay or something..
