i can't get the bluetooth to work

i'm sporting the motorolla v600 on the att network, along with a 15" Apple Powerbook. i'm not exactly sure what to do, so if anyone knows what to do i need some help, thanks y'all

You will need to pair the V600 with your powerbook. First go to preferences and make sure bluetooth is turned on. From the drop down menu hit 'set up bluetooth device' and follow the prompts. Once they are paired you can transfer things like pictures and mp3's via the 'browse device' funciton.

there is no bluetooth option in the preferences, i can only find blueipsec in applications, a bluetooth setup assistant, and whenever i open it, it says that i don't have the proper hardware. i thought that it was included in the computer. i have the first generation not the second one, so i'm thinking maybe it wasn't even included. i really don't remeber i bought it almost a year ago. i'll be looking it up

If bluetooth is not built in to the hardware, you can buy a dongle for around $30 or so...the OS software should be able to handle it from there..
