New faceplate problem??
Does anyone who bought a colorful faceplate have this problem....the back left side (looking from the back of the phone) does not fit properly. What is this blackdot thing that is coming through the back? it seems that it's stoping the back part from correctly situating itself. The back right side fits properly, where the volume button is...but left side does not go down all the way, where the voice dialing button is. help

This isn't a new faceplate problem. It is one that has been documented for a while now. What the little black stopper is there for is that under it lies the external antenna connector for hands-free car devices, etc.. You can safely take out the stopper and it will NOT affect the performance of the phone, nor will it void your warranty.
