Motorola V600
I got rid of my v600; nokia 3620 wins!
Here is why, the Nokia, even with the crippled menu, far out did the Motorola. The Motorola had a nice case, the "flipped" open and shut. That allow a certain amount of chimping. The colored mood light was nice, but again, chimping, not function.
The Nokia's menu system is significantly better. It is far more flexible than Motorola and allows much more user customization. AT & T has expanded the GSM service in our area and I am very happy with that . My old Nokia 3650 lasted 2 days before I went back to TDMA service. We are now here to stay with GSM.
The Nokia 3620 has some nice features. The Bluetooth is nice with the Jabra 250. I used a custom mounting clip from Pro-fit

Nokia has a hangup cup, for $17 that will hold you phone solid on the dash.
I highly recommend getting voice dial from At & T. I drive 800-1000 miles weekly and this is a real plus on the safety side.
The Nokia display menu is superior to the Motorola; Motorola's display is a bit brighter. Nokia has an InfraRed Port and FREE SOFTWARE, Motorola forces you to buy a cable and software, a $60 option.
What makes this review more difficult is that I used to service mobile radio systems. I am a licensced commercial radio technician. In the numerical 2-way radio world, Motorola is the "hands down" leader. I must say I am partial to Motorola; on a commercial basis, it is the best.
Unfortunately in this forum, Nokia wins...
Regards to all
