Moto Phone Tools
(I did a search on this forum for the answer, but I had a return of over a 1000 mesgs. So i thought I would ask again.)
Has anyone figured out a reason or a solution to the Phone tools only connecting to the phone sometimes? When I first got the tools it worked. But now it never connects and even if I uninstall the whole program and reinstall it, it never connects to my phone and says that it is initializing. Any one have any solutions? I am pretty sure I have the latest version of the phone tools.

From the few times I've used it, I seem to remember something about an 'ignore serial ports' option somewhere. I think it worked better for me after I checked that.
