Yeah so my phone has been at Motorola for 3 weeks now to fix the outer black lense.
Everytime I call, they give me a different story.
For some reason they told me yesterday that they had to fix the MSN number, which apparently is the manufacturers serial number???? WHAT??
I don't have a clue on that one. I've had it with the phone so far. It will be at repair as long as I've had the phone.
