Found the solution!
Just talked to ATT 611 people. Not only was I having trouble with Bluetooth, but I found a bunch of messages my phone never recorded. Thus, I didn't find them untill my v600 suddenly had seven dating back to yesterday (a couple of these were very much missed too!)
The solution to both problems? Turn the phone off for 40 seconds, then on again. They said the phone is like a computer; sometimes you just need to "reboot." They recommed that the phone be turned off every day for about 40 seconds or so.
Now bluetooth works just fine again!
