Yes, the HS810 allows you to voice dial. Click the silver button once, you will hear a short beep... say the name you want to call (this you will program into your phone beforehand) it wil find the number and you will hear your voice in the headset saying the name of the person you wish to dial. you can either wait two seconds and it will dial automatically, or just say 'dial' and it will dial. I use it daily, and it works like a charm . . .
