This was given by Hoowdydoit or whatever and none of that crap works. There are three programs on that site and none of them work. Is there anyone here who can provide a link to a site with a program that will allow me to transfer ringtones, pictures and more with relative ease? If u don't know, don't speak if you do please reply back with instructions on how to d/l it. Thanx, I am starting to hate this stupid ass phone now...why do they sell a cable for it and not have stuff for it? 👿

One thing that I can suggest is getting bluetooth for your computer. The adapter is farely cheap, you can pick it up for roughly 30 dollars at circuit city or something like that. It plugs right into the back of the computer and comes with all of the nec software. I don't know of any free ways to get the cable software or anything like that, but this is the best suggestion that I can tell you right now and my friend did do it and it does work fine. All you have to do it download the tones or graphics to your pc and send them via bluetooth...sorry, don't know any free ways, but this way isn't terribly expensive.

Thank you, I might look into that. I wish I had a newer PC with BT in it already but oh well. Umm not to be picky but what is it called? And what does it hook up with, USB? Anyways, I have messed around with the BT settings on the phone and there is one where it asks to check for Bluetooth devices, when I scan for devices, will this device you speak of be recognized by it? Thank you for the info, I am dying for cool ring tones and pics, if anyone has AT&T and this phone, if you wanna send me random ring tones and or pics, feel free to hit me up, I need to see if my phone is working right. Thank you and have a good one y'alls peace (303-748-3447).

just an example, belkin 10m usb. Basically, it just plugs into a usb port into the computer and load the software. Once it is downloaded, you just download the tone or graphic to your computer and just right click on it and send via bluetooth. Once you have everything installed in the computer, it works the same way that it would on the phone. On the phone, you just make sure that you are discoverable, when you go to the pc, you just search for devices and it should find the phone and then it will send via the bluetooth connection and then save the file into the appropriate part of the phone, either pictures or sounds depending on what it is. Very simple and very easy to do...
