Case for V600
Any recommensations for a case for the v600...compact, protects the screen and black portion of the case but does not hinder viewing in sun light (reflections). Could be a case or slip on panels

Several people on this forum and also on the AWS customer service forum liked the offerings from Codi at motophonecases.com
I just bought 3 phones, and read the reviews on their site comparing Codi and Krussel. I chose the Codi.
They fit the V600 like a glove. All of the vent holes line up perfectly and do not shift around. The keypad, outside display, and main screen are covered by a clear covering, which is contoured exactly to the shapes of the displays and keypad. The navigation keys are not covered.
We got a leather case and 2 "Bombers" with belt clips (as opposed to the swivel style). Quality is excellent.
If I had a complaint it would be that the clip is metal (bright chrome) - the cases we had from Andrew had clips ...

I wish they would also have the plastic cases like the T720 had. I used to have one of those phones (before I lost it in a damn movie theater (they wouldn't let me go back in and look for it)) and I loved it. I liked it so much because I could clip it on the sun visor of my car and see who's calling and have quick access to it instead of putting it in a cupholder where I'd have to just happen to glance at it to see if it's ringing (loud music means the ringer is useless). If anybody catches one of these things then let me know, try and include my username in the subject or something.

I nver had a T720, but if you mean a holster, I have seen them advertised. Probably could find one easily with Google.
On another note - if you had a bluetooth headset, you couldn't miss the ring, and with personalized rings, you wouldn't even have to glance at the phone to know who is calling, or to answer it.

Well, I don't have the phone yet, I plan on getting it this week but from some of the posts here, apparently I shouldn't. But oh well, I'm going to. Anyway, yeah I on second thought it was a holster, but it worked damn well for my purpose. As far as personalized caller ID, I'm curious if I can assign a certain color for one person, or does it only apply to groups?

Lights are groups, specific rings can be groups, individuals, events, etc. The same ring can be used for multiple things. A ring for an individual over rules a ring for a category - so that your immediate family might have it's own category and ring, but your brother could have yet a different ring and still be a member of that category for colors, etc.
One cool thing is that you can set up alarms with different start times and ring toness. You can have a whole bunch of alarms listed, and just choose the one(s) you want to enable. In addition, you can set the individual alarms ring volume seperatly from themselves, and from the phone ringer, and they ring even if the phone is powered off.
