HTC Droid Incredible
ChompSMS = 2 SMS's ??? Help
Pardon my ignorance to the Android ssytem..
But I recently added ChompSMS as my new SMS APP on my HTC Incredible.
Can anyone tell me how to disable the original HTC message system so that I dont get 2 messages of every text I recieve?
Also if I end up not liking ChompSMS how would I go back to the old HTC Message system? Just delete ChompSMS?
Has anyone done this? Can anyone help me?

Just got the Incredible myself and love it. I believe you have to disable the android system notifications option and let chompsms handle it? The full answer is mentioned under chompsms in the android market place. Deleting it should take you back to the default handler. I am using handcent sms and like it better, although they are both very similar.
As a side note I installed swiftkeys today and really like it in conjunction with the voice to text capability.
