Does anyone knows? If you look right above the motorola letter m on top, it looks like a front face camera.

As dequardo has already told you: No, the Droid X does NOT have a front facing camera. I believe what you see is the proximity sensor. It's there so you don't press stuff on the screen with your cheek while already on a call.
