Trying hard to figure out what's the point of this phone
Isn't this essentially an E72?
Why would Nokia release this as a separate phone model a year after the E72?
I'm beginning to think they're really missing the boat here. I mean 320x240..are you kidding?

I don't know. There's no front facing camera according to the Phonescoop specifications. Maybe that makes it cheaper to sell to independently minded people in North America?
Nokia specifications have recently seemed to pale in comparison to the iPhone and various Android models, but perhaps Nokia sees it as having a different market. More of a Blackberry minded market?
I don't know. Not trying to turn into an apologist for Nokia, but although I am an iPhone user (even in business), I still find that Nokia have an attraction because of their completely independently minded design. In 2008, I felt the E71 was a bit of a common sense coup.
