Samsung Droid Charge
First Impressions. Maybe a little early............
Display is awesome. 4G is Awesome. Size and weight are really good, but I don't have small hands. Battery seems fine, depending on how I've used it.
OK. Now some things that bug me.
First, the start up procedure is sloooow.
Why does it have to rescan the SD card every time it starts. From the first Samsung splash screen, until the phone is usable, I'm going to put it at somewhere near a minute, maybe a little over.
Second, GPS is almost non-functional. Maybe it's the handset I have, but it takes at least two minutes to get a GPS signal. My old Droid X lock on and is ready to go in mere seconds. I placed both phones next to each other in the backyard, and the difference was remarkable.
