V60s Microphone

Since the Motorola V60s includes a speaker phone feature I'd like to know if that affects the performance when it's used as a regular handset. Specifically, is the microphone designed such that it picks up more room background noise?
I have received calls from people in noisy locations where their voice was almost drowned out by the background noise. These people were not necessarily using a V60s but it got me thinking about the microphone design because all callers don't have this problem. Ideally, I think that the phone should use a noise cancelling microphone design. This should be easy to do with a flip phone design where the mic is close to your mouth. However, this level of detail is never mentioned in the sales literature or the user...

i tried the phone for 2 weeks, great speakerphone clarity, even a bit better than the handset, which was also pretty good.
My problem is the new , NOT pull out antenna interfered with me getting the peak reception i need in a few bad pockets.
Looking for input comparing reception between this and the LG 4400 and the audiovox 8600. 😁

Stay away from the 8600. The audio is horrific on all areas. You can hardly hear it and don't have the capacity to raise the volume much. The speaker phone is non-existent and if you put it in a leather case, you may not hear it ring.

The 4400 & V60S/P are roughly equal, at least in my area (South Louisiana), with the 4400 being marginally better. The 8600 I'm not too fond of - I've seen more than my fair share of broken/defective ones. Now, whether or not this was due to customer defects, ie dropping onto concrete, dog chewing on it, I don't know.
