Those are two totally different devices, used for totally different things (besides as a basic cell phone).

Give SOME idea as to how you intend to use each, what your needs are, and why you are considering each. Then, maybe everyone can comment...

well.....speakerphone & bluetooth are a top priority, as is a user-friendly internet. priced hopefully around $250.............
