Outder display on e-105

I'm currently using tmobile's big ol' pocketpc phone. At least for this summer, I want to get something nice and small, so I've been checking out the samsung online here.

Ive got a question for you folks who have it -- is the display on the outside backlit? So I can see the caller id in the dark?

Yes, it glows white while they call and when the phone is unfolded.

BUY IT.

You can also hold in the volume keys on the side to light up the screen

Yes, but that also make the inside lights come on.
