HTC Amaze 4G

I see it seems like I am the only one out their with an amaze, and I don't want to seem like I am bashing the phone but the more you use a product the more you find how it works and feels.
ok that said the the form the size is not to bad a little larger than my last phone a mytouch, but it has a bigger screen, what I wanted, But the metal plastic case is kind of slippery in your hand and a little hard to hold onto and may be easy to drop. my mytouch had a kind of rubberized outer edge that made it easy to hold onto.
The buttons, well the only ones that are good are the camera and video buttons they are in a good location on the phone and they work like they are supposed to.
The power button and the volume buttons, well maybe these buttons have been placed in these locations by a left handed phone designer cause if you are right handed and have to use any of these buttons i find i have to put the phone in my left hand to operate them.
The power button well it seems like they got the operation right not like other phones you have to give it a firm press to turn the phone on and wake it it works great no accidental pushes, THE only downside is when you are using the phone and then want to push the power button to put the phone asleep you grab the phone around the body to to push the button and at the same time push the volume button thus lowering the volume, then you have to wake the phone raise the volume and be careful when you hit the power button.
I don't know Poor design ? what do you think come on their must be others out their with this phone.
