Shop for a new phone, like EBAY or fork out full price for a new model unless your contract is nearing. I am with Rogers and I just complained until they give me a kickass discount on a new phone. I was fortunate to have a rep. almost screw me over with a new contract, because of this rep. I had another rep. offer me the Motorola V300 on a 2YR contract for $125.00 + $35.00 for shipping and upgrade. Phone price on a 2YR contract was $245.00.
