Voicemail and Dust Question
Okay I was just wondering if there was ever any updates on what happened with those who had all the dust in the front of their phones. Mine is so bad now...I have to take it in to hopefully get it fixed by the Verizon people. I can't even see my screen anymore. 😢
I also had a voicemail question: it's been driving me crazy...I accidentally disabled my outcall notification when I was changing some other voicemail things, so now it never notifies me when I have a new voicemail which is killing me. I tried to go back to switch it back on, but it keeps saying I have to press 1 to do so. Whenever I push 1, it says "you've pressed an incorrect key" and then repeats the message to me again. I keep pressing 1 and it keeps telling me the same thing! Anybody else have trouble with this or know how to fix it?

you can try to set the phone back to the defult settings. The only problem with doing this is you may have to reenter your phonebook. hope this helps, good luck
