Answering second call when already on one

Anyone have this problem? I can't seem to hit the "send" button and answer an incoming call when I'm already on line.

Any tips?

I had a 2nd call come in last night. I was able to switch back and forth without a problem.

I can switch I wish I could ingnore the phone call though why can't it do that...
