Reception Quality on 670?
Can anyone out there (who has had the 670 for some time) speak to the quality of reception on the phone. I currently have a VX4500 within my 15 day trial and have been less than thrilled by it's reception inside some stores.. seems to have bad connetions/dropped calls. Problems I never used to have with my v60 and my other new v710 phone.
Therefore, I'm looking at the Samsung 670 or the new LG 6100 as a possible alternative for a phone with better quality reception.
Can anyone out there advise based on experience?

I've had the a670 since July 2004. I can't say enough about the reception...in all fairness, there are times when I go to dial and the phone shows no reception, but it's so infrequent that it's not really a bother. Usually, if my calls are dropped, it's due to my travel through a "known dead zone" or it's because the other party's phone dropped the call. Rarely it's due to my phone as my phone will hold a steady 2-3 bars and still keep the quality of the call (even on 1 bar the call usually holds!).

well yes. after having the phone for about 1 month and some days, i can honsetly tell you that this phone gets great reception. Ive' never dropped a call and even when i am inside my house, i get 1 or 2 bars andi can still send and recieve calls. On my campus at collge (Teanec, NJ) i get full reception 4 bars. the sound quealitey is very load and in quiet rooms you dont' even need to put the phone to your ear to hear the person on the other line.
