Samsung SCH-A670

So i have this wierd thing on my phone ... ive had it for a week and i gave up with it.. wondering if anyone has ever expierenced this problem before.. Everything is crossed out.. it has a Red Line through everything.. "Messages, Contacts.. (all my contacts included), all my texts, even on the Main Display at the bottom where it blinks the Time and Verizon Wireless there is a red line that runs through the middle of it.. i wish i could take a picture of it cause it seems so rare. dont kno how this happened.. i believe it was due to one of my friends from Tmobile service sending me an EMS.. and i kept trying to open it and it would keep on freezing on me till it finally opened and this occured.. then i just deleted the EMS and the problem still with me.. my 2 year plan finally ends this march. yay
