How do I assign different ring tones to different contacts?

Hey, does anyone know if I can assign different ring tones to different contacts? If so, please tell me how. Thanks in advance.

sure can go to contacts--option--edit,scroll down to "Inactive" and move four way key to a left or right!

What's the meaning of the "Inactive" setting? Does that mean that all calls from that contact will use the default ringtone (Menu, 7, 3, 2, 1)?
