yes ... but i wouldnt want to be the person trying to do it.
While it is possible you would need to get the phone unlocked from sprint and then verizon would need to re-program it (the hard part is the first step) I personally wouldnt recommend doing this switch.
Analog isnt as great as it seems, I have had only a few occasions in the past where all I could get was analog. and on these occasions not once could I get a call to go through. So I would rethink whether or not you truly need analog.
