Can You Hear Me Now?
I bought 3 phones last night to replace my old equipment. This
morning, my wife called me from her cell phone and the volume in the
earpiece in both phones kept dropping out to the point where we
could barely hear each other. I tried calling from a landline and I
could hear her but she said I kept fading in and out. We tried it
the other way(she called me) and we had the same problem. We never
had this with our old phones(startac, v60c). Does anyone have any
suggestions?

Hmmm.. no idea... How is your signal strengh? Which phones did you get? Might need to go ahead and take those back... could be a problem with those phones.
I work at VZW cust serv and on what you've said, def take them back to the store. You always have the 15 return policy.
