Samsung SCH-A670
Thinking of getting (ditching V710)
I am thinking of getting this phone but have never owned a Samsung phone. I am dumping the Motorola V710 (a complete failure). Before that I had a Motorola V60 (very good basic phone). Is this a phone everyone would recommend or is there another I should consider? I think the LGs feel a bit cheap (almost as bad as the V710) and Samsung doesn't feel much better. The 7000 is nice but huge and bulky. 😁

No need for anaolg here...with digital coverage the way it is you would really have to be in the boonies to need analog. i made a mistake in my post. I said Samsung didn't feel much better than LG...I meant Audiovox. The samsungs feel very solid.

If you don't need analog, then this is a solid phone...there's a few glitches (the call log being one of them), but nothing to get up tight about...the performance of the phone and quality of calls is solid.

I just switched from a v60c and I couldn't be happier. This phone is great! I was leery about it, but I'm glad I took a chance. This phone is as solid as my Motorola. The only thing I worry about is scratching it-the Moto was metal.

I have had this phone for about a 6 weeks now and absolutely love it. I am somewhat of a phone geek and have had several in the past all by different manufactures. This one is top notch. Good luck in your decision.

Hi Rocky1831, I am also a phone geek. I love cell phones especialy the 670. I got it about5 days ago and i absolutey love it also. I've had otehr phones in the past but nothing compared to this phone.
