Problem downloading ringtones...

if anyone can help i'm trying to download ringtone applications but it keeps saying (intall failed you will not be charged for this app try again later) if anyone can help please let me know thanks in advance

Assuming that you are not in an extended network area and that you have the 1X displayed on your phone with fair signal strength - try taking off the battery and restart the phone.
