Ring/Vibrate

The SCP-4700 has the capability to first ring-then vibrate. I had my phone set like that and it was somehow deleted.

I've forgotten how to get my ring/vibrate back. Does anyone have that information?

I just picked up one of these phones on ebay. Did you ever learn how to set it back to vibrate? Thanks!
