HELP! SCH-A650 Screen Brightness Problem.

I have a samsung A650 that got a little wet. Now the screen lost most of its brightness. Power saving is off in the settings, and I know it CAN work because it goes on when plugged into the charger. Any ideas?

Scratch that. The screen doesn't get brighter when it's plugged in. It just stays on when its plugged, and only stays on for a few minutes if no buttons are pressed when not plugged in.

I'm guessing the lcd power invertor thing died when it got wet?
