Same.I'm going to verizon tonight to get a whole new model.The good thing is verizon gives you a whole new phone different company and all for free.Or i didnt notice it on my bill.The con?You can choose so of course you get the cruddiest phone of them all.My phone now has an eigth of the screen covered in dead pixels(orange blob)and doesnt charge.
