Synchronising P900 with Outlook - Advice
Hi
I am considering buying a P900 because i need a new phone but also certain PDA functions.
I will use primarily:
-Calendar
-Tasks
-Email
I have read reviews that you can have problems synchronising the P900 with Outlook and also that it performs very averagely as a PDA.
Please can you give me some feedback if you are a P900 user.

🙂 I own a P900 and love it . It is perfect w/ Outlook and I use it on ATT GSM network. I recently spent a week in Belize and purchased a SIM car there for $25 and it worked like a charm. I've owned it for a month and have no problems interacting w/ Outlook. I am selling it because our company is switching to Nextel service (walkie-talkie) and this is not compatible. I buy P900 some days ago, I had syncronized my Contacts from Outlook2000 to my P900 but I had some problems to syncronize Notes and Calendar.
I try different syncronized mode but only my Contacts are inside P900.
Can you explain me the right way to syncronize all of my data?

Right click the phone icon in the tray when connected, select sync options and check off the tasks, calendar, contacts etc.

yesterday I try again to sync my P900 but I have the same problem.
When I click on the Icon Phone and select Sync Option, I click on checkbox Calendar and Contacts but only the Contacts are updates on my P900, maybe there is some options to set on my Outlook2000??
I try to update my Calendar folder (on P900) checking Option about the time range to update:
before 360 days ago
after 360 day
but don't work.
Or I write an appointment for 2 May (yesterday for Italy) and then I try to sync OutLook2000 with P900 but the Phone don't received data.
I need to use OutLook2000 and P900 for my job but it's not possibile because I have this problem about Sync....
I think that my old Cassiopeia E-105I is better to work but now I ...
