Does anyone notice that the end key is not as bright as the other keys on the keypad?
When the phone rings, there are 3 beeps before it rings. Is this normal?

YOU are right.. the end key is not as bright ..and my 9900 also beeps 3 times before 😡 the ringtone kicks in .. must be normal..

You can eliminate the three ringer beeps. Check the "Caller ID Alert" section on page 100 of your manual.

I have noticed on my phone that the entire right side of the last column of numbers is dimmer than the rest of the keypad. Can see all the numbers but the letters are dimmer on that last column as well as the end key.
Thought maybe I got a bad phone and was going to exchange it for another, but if lots of other people have the same problem may just be a quirk in the phone so maybe I will hold off for awhile and see how many other people have the problem Otherwise the phone seems fine. Haven't really played with it yet. Just got it last night.
