So many questions

Is there a reason as to why I cannot use GIN? I used it before on my old phone and for some reason it comes up with Unable to Connect (534) or (557) plus many other 500 numbers?

Is it because I need them to enable the program or something? There is a place to enter in a security code, but I don't know the code, anyone else do?

Also, I cannot receieve text messages, another huge problem for me, I haven't been in digital mode, so I was figuring I must be in digital to receieve messages, is that it?

And in order to send picture messages, do you have to get the picture messaging package, or can you just send pictures with a fee for each picture? 🙂

Thanks to whomever can help me with any of my questions. 🙂

Did you mess with your web settings via debug menu?

If not...bring it in to your verizon dlr?

Well, the other day I was able to use GIN and it connected fine. I think Verizon is either having a problem or just working on some enhancements on their end. So it is not your phone. Just a few min ago I received the same "unable to connect" Also, I am able to receive text messages and I am digital mode so that may be your problem. you can also call *611 from your phone and press "0" option and speak to a rep. And to answer your final question the answer is no, you do not have to subscribe to any picture messaging package to send a pic. The cost to send a picture on a per use basis is only 25 cents.

BTW, as I read one of the user reviews complaining about GIN and how there is very little software that's available to download at the present time, I am sure in the future Verizon will be offering lots more. Guess technology changes faster than Verizon. 😁
