CANNOT DELETE MOBILE IM

ONCE MOBILE IM IS INSTALLED IT DOESN"T LET YOU REMOVE IT

called tech support and they told me there must be a bug in the software that does not let you delete GIN applications. Phone goes back tomorrow to Verizon and will wait till they correct any bugs this phone may have!
