Nokia 6230

I’m having some small issues with the phone. Has anyone noticed that the phone will suddenly reduce the volume for the message alert tone? BTW, I have my ring volume set to 5 in the normal profile oh and the vibrate alert on. Oh I did notice that when I set the keypad volume to 3 the message alert tone will stay at the set volume. OK, try this….set the alarm for like two hours later…turn the phone off and put it on the charger. Make sure the battery is finished charging before the alarm goes off so set the alarm so it will have plenty of time to finish charging. Anyways, the next morning, in my situation, the phone will alarm but the display is blank and I have to pull the battery to get the phone to respond. OK…last one….don’t tap the media button (top right) to fast…it will crash. I keep pushing it and quickly canceling it because that was my contacts button on my old Nokia. I called Nokia and they said that that it sounded like I was having software issues and need to exchange the phone….I did. Welllll lol the little bugs either jumped from one phone to the other or it sounds like some software issues with all of them…. I do hope Nokia is aware of these problems and is addressing them. I really like the phone despite the little bugs…
