How do you get the back battery cover off???
I know a few people mentioned having a hard time with this- but I honestly cannot get it off. I press the silver button down and I have tried sliding it, lifting it straight up..... it is not even budging a bit. I know this is so lame but can someone give tips on how to take this cover off? Thank you.

Put your thumb on the grey tab while putting your fingernails beneath the bottom seam of the faceplate. Pull the seam up while pushing the grey tab down and sliding the back cover off simultaneously.
If that doesn’t work you’re going to need to use a small screw driver and slide it up the bottom seam on either side of the grey tab and tilt it to try to press down the metal tab in the middle that holds the face on.
If neither of these methods work for you then you probably shouldn’t be messing around with what’s under the battery anyway.
