Motorola V400
"mania" polyphonic ringtone?
I am trying to find the polyphonic ringtone "mania" that is on the hellomoto.com page (http://tinyurl.com/4cudn)! it didn't come with my phone! does anyone know where i can find / download it?

The Mania ringtone comes with OEM software, but Cingular (as one example I know for sure) removes it and a lot of other Motorola stuff from their software. Then they go and replace it with their sorry crap. ;-)
Since I'm using the V600 OEM flexware, I've got all the original Motorola ringtones.
Tell you what, I'm a generous guy. I downloaded them all from my phone using P2KMan. It's a total of 34 ringtones, mostly in polyphonic Midi format but with a few IMY format (low quality) files.
Anyone who wants them, e-mail me and I'll send you a zip file with them all. You can load them on your phone through MPT.
Oh, there is one I didn't include: that annoying Hello Moto MP3 ringtone which everyones seems to already have anyway.

I'd like that zip file. No wonder I thought Motorola was screwy - it was Cingular! They had sounds like ring-ring in the alarm clock area that weren't in the ringtones. Yes, please do send me the file or a link to it.

MPT is Motorola's Mobile PhoneTools. That software should come with a data cable bought from Motorola, or you can download it from a few places on the internet if you got a generic cable (like I have).
