Download factory settings
I got a USB cable for Christmas. My son was attempting to upload ringtones from my PC to the phone when the PC locked up. He rebooted the PC and statred the transfer again. This time the files uploaded okay but now the ringtones don't play when I get a call. I can go to the multimedia folder and play the ringtones so I know they work. Unfortunatly he didn't do a backup first, and I think some files are missing from the phone. Is there anywhere that I can download the factory settings/files and start over.

You can try doing a Master Reset or a Master Clear. I've never tried it, but here's how to do a Master Reset:
Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset
