1 missed call - unknown
I have 2 v400 phones and on both of these phones after ending a call, the display says that there is 1 missed call - unknown.
This happens after every call and it happens on both of my phones.
Has this been happening to any other v400 owners?

You must be missing a call. Mine says "1 Missed Call 0 Unknown" when I miss a call that DID have a caller ID number delivered (even if that number is not programmed into my phone), but if the call delivers an Unknown Number then the display says "1 Missed Call 1 Unknown"

I think I know your problem, I've noticed this a couple of times on mine and I figured it out. If you get a missed call and you don't press VIEW and actually look at it, each and every time you end subsequent calls (even days later) it will sort of "remind" you. So ass long as you "VIEW" all your missed calls it won't keep popping up.
