Motorola V400
Can't get the computer to recognize the USB cable... need help ASAP (attn FETNU also)
So i ordered a Generic usb cable from ebay, fits fine everything, its made for my V400...
i plug it all in - run mobile phone tools and it keeps telling me
"USB Device not Recognised - one of the usb devices attatched to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it"
I cant figure it out--- i ran live update, got the newest version but my computer wont recognize the software???!?!?!?
HELP please asap!

also, i got it to load for some reason, now it wont read the Motorola driver or something...
i have the newest motorolamobile tools and its just not working...it wont connect...
it sometimes says "modem not connected" or "phone not connected" in a little icon on the phone screen on the computer...
i have NO CLUE how to do this, if someone could help me that would be really helpful...i cant figure this out at all ☹️

by the way, i dont even have a modem connection, i'm connected on a Cable line so i dunno whats going on at all ☹️
