finally figured out how to put mp3 ringtones on my v400 (thanks FETNU) and they sound awesome, can also put pictures on the phone and set them as wallpaper

WAY TO GO!!!! Isn't it awesome? Now, the fun REALLY starts! It's great when you can create your own wallpaper and ringtone to make a nice theme!

Beat me to it, but I figured out the mp3 thing too with Audacity, and now I have those as well as wallpapers etc, and owe a big thanks to FETNU... thanks for all your help man!!!!

I just got a v400. I find that the manual is not very good. Is there some other place that I can get more info? I think this forum is going to be a life saver.

What exactly are you looking for? There are a few different free message boards that I belong to where you can get a lot of help. But, if you ask a question that's already covered in the manual a lot of people will start to rip on you (just an FYI).

I used your site, also, FETTNU, to get the information I needed to get all the equipment and software needed to creat my own mp3 ringtones and wallpapers. Thanks for having that info online and for being so active in the community. If you guys wanted to have a place online to share our wallpapers, let me know. I have a couple websites, and I have 3gb of space on one of my webhosts, so I could set a site up for us to share our wallpapers.
