Even so, if Cingular plans on handling things as they have in the past, I doubt this phone will work properly nor will they handle problems properly. I closely watched the agreement with T-mobile which was a disaster for T-mobile subscriber sin California. Cingular got the better deal by getting a customer base in NYC as T-mobile got Cali and they got NY was the agreement. They dealt with things pretty poorly, especially when T-mobile pushed on them about certain problems. Bigger doesn't always mean better.
