LG VX-7000

Hello. I recently bought this phone on eBay and am waiting for it to come in the mail. It does not have the user's manual with it, so I am going to need to know how to get to the program menu so my provider can activate this phone. I am not going to be using it under Verizon, I will be using it under Alltel and they do not use this phone, so they will not know how to get to the program menu. If anyone knows this, please help me out. I had to do this with my current phone (Samnsung A610) and I was on the phone with Samsung for a LONG time before I finally gave me the simple instructions 'Menu>Setup>2*' ... so if anyone could help out, that would be great.
