Switching phones?

So my 7000 started glitching and i went to verizon and they gave me a new one. If i wanted to switch phone without paying full retail could i do that now, becuase of the 15 day period thing?

if its within your 15 days, then yes u can. if u want a different model that is more $$ u would pay the difference of course
