Just bought the phone. Does anyone have a 'hissing sound' when playing a ring tone, or when you have the phone on set to ring via a tone.
Any help is appreciated.

no sounds like a problem with ur specific phone... exchange for another one if possible... i play mp3's on my phone (sized and cropped for ringtones) and the only time i would get hissing or crackling is when the volume was raised a bit higher then normal (when editing the mp3 on my computer) creating little distortion in the mp3 file.
