LG VX-7000
where do u get release dates
to all you guys who posted release dates for the vx7000..where does your info come from?

A few weeks ago I gave a timeline of upcoming releases - 7000, 8000, etc.
The information came from a LG corporate field rep (calls on wireless carriers). I felt that was a pretty solid source. However, as we all know, the carriers don't release equipment until they are good and ready.
The wait for the 7000 is getting on my nerves...I came off my ATT contract yesterday after years of dropping call after call using several different phones (and I am in the HEART of their service area in northeast Ohio). I like the features of the 7000 and really want the 7000A (trimode version). I don't really want to settle for the Vox 8900, then have the 7000 come out. My wife has the VX 6000 and it is s fine phone, however it's digital only.
